Case study:  A Members only Community Transport Service for women

A Members only Community Transport Service for women in Cheshire, operate a small fleet of cars. Their cars travel on average 100 miles a day and range from Renault Kangoo’s to Vauxhall Zafira automatics.
They decided to look at Renson Fuel Saver Device to help combat the rising cost of fuel for running the vehicles. Pink Ladies decided to use a Renault Kangoo 1.5d with 109,136Km on the odometer. The base line figure was taken over a week of running the vehicle doing urban driving in town center and suburb roads around Warrington. It was seen that the vehicle was doing 32.0Mpg on these runs.
The “Widget” was fitted on a Thursday and then ran over the weekend and did 186miles during this period we saw an increase of 20% with the Miles per Gallon rising to 38.91Mpg. The trial was run for 4 weeks with the mileage and fuel usage sent to Renson limited each week.
